Terms & Conditions

All party bookings are sold subject to availability and to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions should be read prior to purchase as purchasing a Party constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. BOOKINGS & ADMITTANCE

1a. A valid Booking or invitation must be confirmed by each Customer to gain entrance to a Party upon arrival. Failure to produce evidence of a paid booking or invitation may result in expulsion from the Party.
1b. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check their booking. MPA Parties Ltd will make all reasonable endeavours to correct mistakes if brought to their attention prior to the Party for which the booking was intended for.
1c. It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform MPA Parties Ltd if they wish to cancel or reschedule a Party and it is the customers responibility to inform their guests if their Party has been cancelled or rescheduled.
1d. It is the Customer’s responsibility to assess the suitability of a Party for participants.
1e. It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure they have read and signed a Participation Consent Form prior to playing in an Airsoft party and an Indemnity form for Nerf, Gel Blaster and Gotcha parties . All participants under the age of 18 must have parental/guardian permission to play. MPA Parties Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry if a participation form cannot be produced, in the case of under age participants signed by parent/guardian.
1f. MPA Parties Ltd reserve the right to refuse entry to customers who refuse to sign a Participation Consent Form or refuse to agree for this information to be retain for 3 years, under GDPR regulations, in-accordance to MPA Parties Ltds insurance.
1g. It is the responsibility of MPA Parties Ltd to ensure customer details are updated and retained in accordance with current Data protection laws.

2. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

2a. MPA Parties Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission to a Customer, or to eject them from MPA Parties Ltd at any point, if in the managements’s reasonable opinion the Customer: is acting in a threatening or aggressive manner; uses threatening, abusive or insulting language; appears to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs; may be a risk to the safety of staff or other Customers; may detract from the enjoyment of other Customers; fails, when required, to produce proof of identity or age; fails to comply with instructions given by MPA Party Ltd’s staff; or is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or statutory law. No refunds will be given to Customers who are refused entry or ejected due to their behaviour as suggested in, but not limited to, the examples detailed previously.
2b. MPA Parties Ltd will endeavour to admit late comers at the first suitable opportunity, this will not be until any personal weapons have been Chrono’d (in the case of Airsoft Parties) and the safety briefing has been given.
2c. Customers should arrive 30 minutes before the official start time, especially if they have weapons to chrono or forms to complete.MPA Parties Ltd reserves the right to start the Party on time even if all customers are not ready. Late customers will be required to chrono their weapons (in the case of Airsoft), after the safety briefing and wait to join the Party.
2d. MPA Parties Ltd reserves the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the management, may cause danger or disruption to the Arena, Party, Staff or other Customers.
2e. It is the customers responsibility to inform MPA Parties Ltd staff if they have any known medical conditions which may be affected by stroboscopic lighting or loud noises.

3. BOOKING CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

3a. Party bookings deposits are not eligible for a refunded after purchase unless the party is cancelled by MPA Parties Ltd, or where there is a material change to the party. A material change is a change which, in MPA Parties Ltd’s reasonable opinion, would make the Party materially different to the party that the purchasers of the booking could reasonably expect.
3b. Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the party and, where possible, by the same method used to purchase the Party. When it is not possible to refund via the same payment method MPA Parties Ltd reserves the right to request additional identification or documentation to ensure the money is returned to the correct person.
3c. In the case of a postponed/rescheduled Skirmish, Customers will be offered alternative bookings of the same value for the new date/time, subject to availability. Where it is not possible to offer a booking of the same value then alternative Tickets may be offered. Should the Customer not wish to accept this booking then a refund can be obtained for the face value of the booking and any associated hire fees.
3d. If a Skirmish is abandoned after commencing Customers will be offered, subject to availability, equivalent value bookings for an alternative Skirmish or they will be refunded the face value of the booking and any associated hire fees they have paid.
3e. MPA Parties Ltd reserves the right to cancel bookings which they reasonably suspect to have been booked fraudulently.
3f. MPA Parties Ltd withholds the right to charge an administration fee for facilitating the transfer of bookings from one Customer to another.

4. PARTY PRICES

4a. Party prices are subject to change.MPA Parties Ltd reserves the right to change the prices of Parties and/or introduce discounts/special offers which cannot be retrospectively applied to Parties already purchased.
4b. All discounts/special offers are offered subject to availability and therefore Parties may not be available at all advertised prices at all times.
4c. Concession/discounted Skirmish prices must be applied for at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to Parties already purchased. Proof of entitlement to a concession/discount may be requested from the Customer at the time of booking and/or when they attend the Party. Failure to produce reasonable proof of entitlement to a concession/discount may invalidate the booking and result in refusal of admittance or ejection from the premises.
4d. Concessions/discounts are offered individually and cannot be used in conjunction with one another. If a Customer is eligible for multiple concessionary/discounted rates then they will receive the cheapest singularly discounted price, not a cumulatively reduced price.

5. PROHIBITIONS & CUSTOMER CONSENT

5a. The unauthorized resale, or attempted resale, of a Party booking for financial gain is prohibited. MPA Parties Ltd reserves the right to cancel Tickets which it reasonably suspects as being offered for unauthorized resale.
5b. The use of equipment to record or transmit audio and/or visual material upon the premises is permitted. However, MPA Parties Ltd reserves the right to use any footage uploaded to any public domain and retain copyright.
5c. By attending the Party Customers give their consent to filming, photography and sound recording of themselves as participants of the Skirmish. MPA Parties Ltd will own the copyright of such material and may use such films/photographs/recordings for any purpose, including commercial purposes, without payment or further notification.
5d. Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited throughout MPA Parties Ltd.

6. GIFT VOUCHERS

6a. Gift vouchers can be redeemed in full or in part to purchase Tickets for participating parties and Nerf™ Time in person or by telephone.
6b. Gift vouchers expire 6 months after the purchase date. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded. The expiry date is clearly printed on all vouchers.
6c. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
6d. Customers have the right to return unused gift vouchers within 14 days of purchase; qualifying vouchers which have been partially redeemed within this time period will be eligible for a partial refund equal to the unused value of the vouchers; after 14 days of purchase gift vouchers are non-refundable.

7. LIABILITY

7a.MPA Parties Ltd will not be responsible for any injury or loss, theft or damage of Customer’s personal belongings, other than that caused as a result of negligence or other breach of statutory duty.
7b. Personal arrangements, including but not limited to, travel, accommodation and subsistence relating to the Party are made entirely at the Customer’s own risk and MPA Parties Ltd shall not be liable for any losses incurred from these arrangements.
7c. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to exclude any liability of the Venue for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or other type of liability which cannot by law be excluded or limited.
7d. These Terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes which may arise with MPA Parties Ltd are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

8. DEFINITIONS

‘Booking’
means any payment made in purchase of a Party, which confers the right to attend a Party.
‘Customer’
includes both the person who purchased, or intends to purchase a Party and those within his or her party who are attending the Party.
‘MPA Parties Ltd’
means any location where the Party by MPA Parties Ltd is being held and representatives of this location including but not limited to the management, security and marshalling teams.
‘Party’
means any Party occurring at the MPA Parties Ltd in respect of which bookings are sold.
‘Participation Consent Form and Indemnity Form’
consenting mandatory forms to be signed by all participants before participating in their initial skirmish.part
